Hello! I'm Brian Bevins, a retired Army veteran with over 20 years of service. After retiring in 2020, I continued my commitment to public service as a Department of the Army Civilian employee before transitioning into business ownership. My diverse career includes roles such as Army Drill Sergeant, Recruiter, and Field Artillery Master Gunner, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Throughout my career, I’ve honed my organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, which now drive my passion for serving others. At Mid-Eastern Oklahoma Inspections, we offer comprehensive property inspections—from roofing to foundation, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mold, water damage, and pest assessments. Section 858-623.
On and after July 1, 2003, it shall be unlawful for an individual to conduct, for compensation, a home inspection or to advertise or otherwise hold themselves out to be in the business of home inspection in this state unless licensed pursuant to the Home Inspection Licensing Act.

My standard home inspection is an evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components. Your report will include my findings of any material defects I discover in an easy-to-read format. I will also provide my recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement. And my job isn’t finished until you understand everything in your report.
